Flexible processes allow us to manufacture from prototype to series production with the minimum of investment required.
We have state-of-the-art machinery prepared for Industry 4.0, which allows us to optimise processes.
COMBI MACHINE
Punching machine with integrated laser cutting unit.
Up to 21 tool holders allow us to perform different cutting shapes as well as other additional processes: simple cuts, threads, countersinks and small folds.
LASER CUTTING
State-of-the-art cutting machine with fibre cutting technology.
Cutting ranges for the most common metals:
- Up to 22 mm in carbon steels.
- Up to 18 mm in stainless steels.
- Up to 12 mm in aluminium.
PUNCH CUTTING
Flexible machining of a very diverse range of parts.
Capacity for 21 tools that allow us to carry out different types of cutting shapes as well as other additional processes such as threading, countersinking, flaring, deep drawing, small folds, deburring, etc.
FOLDING
We have machinery from 35 TN up to 170 TN, being able to bend up to 6mm thick and 4m long.
These machines have 4.0 industrial links.
ASSEMBLIES
We have the capacity and experience in assemblies in order to deliver the fully finished product or the cutting depending on the needs of each customer.
