TOOLING
We arrange, develop and manufacture tooling, assuring the quality and productivity throughout the whole life of the project.
Farguell develops toolings which are able to work by means of progressive, electronic transfer and manual process, according to the individual requirements of each customer.
We arrange the manufacturing of toolings from the design until the final validation by our technical team.
Farguell manufactures 80% of its toolings in Asia since 1995, with competitive lead times, between 30 and 60 days depending on the complexity of itself.
PROCESSES
We count on a wide range of machinery, with capacity up to 800Tn progressive and electronic transfer presses. We also provide last generation SERVO technology press.
Farguell designs different welding cells according to the requirements demanded by each process to obtain the final product.
We rely on different assembly processes and toxing union of components.
The great majority of our products have external surface treatments that guarantee the coating and corrosion resistance.
